Dan and I watched this movie and we both really, really enjoyed it. It is all about the beginning of America's [government] involvement with Afghanistan.
*Special note, I am not a fan of Tom Hanks and generally avoid his movies- he really gets into character here and well just see the movie. Dan likes Tom Hanks as an actor and well just see the movie.

I actually didn't like the book- Polar Express- growing up but we have gotten the movie and the boys and I enjoy that. I like the inside the train screen with the singing and hot chocolate. I am not sure if the bum character should be in the movie- not a fan of that one.
Overall I am not a fan of Santa Claus [we don't encourage him with the kids] so I think that is my biggest hang up with the story.
